Absolutely superb throughout the whole purchasing process , from first enquiry phone call to the handing over of keys and driving away. Tom is top class , was always available by phone or email , nothing was to much. Car had a couple of very minor issues on first viewing , all sorted by time of pick up. Tom dealt with all the paperwork in front of us , explaining throughout what the process he was following. Definitely recommend Tom and this dealership .

Easy and personal touch
Tom is a top class businessman and has a great set up. I bought a car from him which was in very high demand and he kept to the deal, even picked me up from the train station when it was time to collect. This is a family business was 5 star service and the personal touch.

I went to look at a car and Tom was very honest and upfront about work that was going to be done on the car. I loved the car and agreed to purchase it..Tom was brilliant at keeping me informed at every stage of the work. Such a lovely man he even loaned me a car to use while mine was being sorted. He delivered it to me on a weekend,even though i live one and a half hours away from him. My car has been sorted,with a fresh clean mot, and just been delivered by Tom. Cannot recommend him enough..One of the good guys. So pleased with my purchase.
